For as long as I can remember, I have been telling stories. Whether building a rich, complex world for my Barbies, creating short stories, or acting in a school musical, I’ve always defined myself as a storyteller. While my means and methods have changed and developed, my deep love of crafting a narrative - someone else’s or my own - has remained.

After high school, I attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington to study film. I wasn’t exactly sure what path I wanted to take, but I knew it involved filmmaking. While in film school, I realized my niche was short form video content. I took the technical knowledge I gained from film school and applied it to a Communications degree with an emphasis on media and production from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. 

I consider it a privilege to be able to showcase people’s lives. Whatever project I am working on, I pride myself on knowing that I am using my knowledge and expertise to make stories come to life.
